Service Description

Let's get serious! I am not a therapist, I don't listen to people whine, cry or pout about how unfair life is. You must want to change or you might as well bail now because this isn't for you. 1 Initial Session of 2 Hour 5 - 1 Hour follow up sessions. We will dig in deep in that first session and set the plan for the following sessions and the schedule. We will define your goals and a course of action then execute week by week. It takes a lot of work to grow in 6 weeks and that is what this is. 6 hard weeks for the rest of your life!
