The Phoenix 2023

This year’s theme is "Man on a Mission." Every man has a purpose; a mission in life, something they were uniquely born for from their first breath. Yours and mine are not the same, but the truth is men live happier more fulfilling lives when they find and seek their purpose. You have a Telos, which is your ultimate mission and then you have smaller missions that lead you closer to your Telos.

We want to help equip you with the tools and some ideas to help you as you seek your purpose. Live the life you were born to live!

We will have multiple speakers, break out sessions and more going on. We have both LIVE in person tickets if you want to come to central Washington and for all of you that this is not possible, our virtual event happens in real time side by side with our in-person event.

The LIVE In-Person Event:

Gentleman, it is my event so you know there is great coffee! There is also snacks, a BBQ and a locally catered in meal so you are well fed during the event. We are having out first ever optional Strongman event during the conference complete with Championship belt (see my social media pages) and bragging rights.

We have stepped up our virtual game even more so you have an incredible experience including unique giveaways and experiences with some of our speakers.

Connect with other men who are like minded in growing as men and build meaningful connections. I see men I met at our first event every week now as part of my normal life. Come find your purpose and if you already have a handle on it, sharpen your tool set with these amazing speakers and discussions!

The Virtual Event:

We stream all the Sessions and have your own virtual break out sessions. Some of those are hosted by our speakers so you get up close and personal with these incredible men. We are working on a new platform this year to expand your experience complete with your own host and exclusive giveaways and goodies. I don’t want to tip my hand too much, but we are really focused on delivering you a valuable experience!

Simulcast:

A brand-new option for this year! Do you have a large group outside of the central Washington area? For the first time we are offering a simulcast opportunity for churches or other organizations that want to benefit from this experience but can’t bring their group here. Host your own event right in your organization or congregation and help your men become the men they want to be!
